The legendary Puddle Jumper HP is a con-caved, planing surfacer speeder aka fast and incredibly fun in small to medium sized surf. A wide outline makes for easy wave catching and maximizes surface area for down the line glide and stability. The concave bottom transitions to vee in the tail adds lift and increased rail curve, which allows radical top to bottom surfing. The straight rail line & vee in the tail keep the board moving forward and hold during hard carving maneuvers.
It features a pulled in nose with the wide point brought back, and a narrower pulled in tail block. The outline enables the PJHP to surf more like a normal board-a very playful board that’s easy to paddle and ride yet it still allows more radical and quick turns than any other PJ models. Stand on the tail of this thing and go to town like you have a motor in small surf!
